The company already operated a successful ‘bricks and mortar’ store, but wanted to grow its business online by promoting key brands, raising brand awareness, capturing the attention of new customers and creating an attractive digital customer experience.
STRATEGY
Our team assessed the personas of Edgemere’s target audiences and developed a digital content and social media strategy to build awareness and drive traffic to their new website. The strategy was created with user experience, ease of purchase and repeat purchases as priority.
RESULT
To better showcase Edgemere’s range of product category pages and improve the customer journey, we developed a new digital platform. So the company’s site would rank well within search engines, we ensured that content was optimised for SEO. This was supported by the creation of blogs, an email marketing campaign and a social media campaign, which included paid advertising. As a result, this multi-channel strategy delivered a 100% increase in online sales, and organic traffic increased by 67% over an 18-month period.
