Supporting the growth of Europe’s largest motorhome marketplace

Purpose Media is helping Europe’s largest motorhome broker continue to grow its business.

The South Normanton-based strategic marketing agency has conducted a data-mapping exercise and developed a bespoke app for Motorhome Depot and is now building three new websites for the client.

Motorhome Depot sells thousands of vehicles each year for their owners. The Mansfield-headquartered firm acts like an estate agent, bringing buyers and sellers together, negotiating the deal and managing the sale in an easy and secure process.

Purpose Media has been supporting the business for more than five years and developed the bespoke digital marketplace which sits at the heart of MotorHome Depot’s operation.

The web platform allows brokers who are part of the firm’s network to list vehicle details and images, with potential buyers able to set search criteria to match their exact requirements and receive alerts as new vehicles are added.

Automated feeds also forward vehicle descriptions to a range of other sales websites, ensuring sellers reach the widest possible audiences.

The site is able to generate a suite of back-of-house reports, giving the MotorHome Depot team clear visibility of key business information.

Purpose Media digital experts have supported the evolution of the platform, refining its capabilities and boosting its SEO, and, following a project to enable to enable the client to make more intelligent use of the data gatheredvia the site for sales and marketing, have developed an app, which offers an enhanced experience on IOS and Android smartphones and allows the business to increase engagement with users.

In just a few weeks following the app’s launch, it had achieved more than 1,000 downloads.

Now MotorHome Depot has asked Purpose to assist in its continued European expansion by building EU, Austrian and German-specific websites, as well as providing continuing paid marketing assistance.
