Paid media campaigns generate big returns for Purpose Media clients

Paid media consultants at Purpose Media have helped clients create hundreds of thousands of pounds of business during a successful first six months of 2024.

Advertising campaigns run on behalf of customers across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and Microsoft have been served more than 26 million times – raising awareness, generating leads and achieving direct sales.

Work by specialists at the agency on behalf of one company in the home improvement sector resulted in £750,000 worth of orders – more than ten times their ad spend – and another client, in the entertainment industry, netted an incredible £210,000 in business from an investment of just £1,800.

Digital strategist Callum Alton said the Purpose team worked closely with clients to understand their business objectives before devising campaigns to achieve their goals.

“Paid media can be a powerful tool to help businesses expand their reach and drive traffic to their digital platforms, especially when it’s deployed as part of a wider, strategic approach to marketing,” he said.

“We carry out detailed research to understand the companies we are working with, the markets they serve, the types of audiences they need to reach and the channels those audiences engage with.

“Our results so far this year have been really encouraging – delivering great returns for our clients.”

Callum highlighted a campaign, run over Meta for a business in the leisure sector, which was seen by 1.3 million people and drove more than 22,500 clicks to the customer’s website. A Google Ad campaign for the same client produced nearly 3,000 enquiries.

“We generated close to £750,000 in sales for another long-standing client, which was around ten times their advertising spend and, because we were able to refine our efforts based on previous experience with the account, revenues were more than seven per cent up on what we achieved for them in the same period last year,” he added.

“One client told us they were generating so many leads that they were struggling to keep up – not surprising when you consider that their £1,880 ad spend drove more than £200,000 worth of sales!”
