Matt celebrates prestigious award win
The BusinessDesk.com East Midlands Leadership Awards celebrate people who are role models within their organisations and who “raise the bar for their competitors”.
The expert panel of judges said this year’s winners had all demonstrated qualities of extraordinary leadership and had been able to demonstrate the positive impact this had within their companies.
Matt was presented with the Sales and Marketing Leader accolade at a glittering awards ceremony, attended by the great and the good of the region’s business community, at Nottingham’s Crown Plaza Hotel.
Judges were impressed by Matt’s achievements overseeing the marketing strategies of Purpose Media clients and helping them deliver key business objectives.
Individual successes included an online retailer who increased year-on-year web sales by 163 per cent and an international manufacturer who grew online goal completions by 93 per cent as a result of work directed by Matt and the agency team.
Matt said he was delighted that Purpose Media’s success on behalf of clients had been recognised by the awards panel.
“We are fortunate to work with some great businesses who trust us to help them grow and succeed. Our dedicated team has delivered some outstanding results and it’s a privilege to work with such talented and driven people,” he added.
Purpose Media director Tim Lenton said Matt had been able to drive real, measurable success for clients.
“He has devised marketing strategies for regional, national and international businesses which have made a real bottom line difference,” he said.
“Matt has also helped shape Purpose Media’s own development, making major contributions around operational focus and people development. We’re delighted his efforts have been recognised with such a prestigious award.”
