Tens of thousands of visitors flocked over five days to HostMilano to see the latest innovations in technology and product development within the sector.
Among the big–name exhibitors were True Refrigeration, whose cutting-edge equipment is supplied into commercial kitchens, bars, restaurants, retail outlets and offices in 100 countries across the world and whose growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa is being supported by strategic marketing experts from Purpose.
True showcased some of the latest additions to its range, offering innovative, high-quality and energy-efficient solutions for customers.
And Purpose staff were on hand, both in Milan and back at our South Normanton headquarters, to help maximise opportunities created from engagement with the 200,000 show delegates and digitalaudiences.
Head of Video Alistair Bullock was among those on the ground, capturing key events on film.
His team produced daily highlight videos and social media clips, which were edited at the exhibition venue and then posted by the Purpose digital marketing team. They also filmed a series of interviews and walk-throughs, explaining the benefits of the technology on display, and captured more than 1,500 still photographs.
“True’s presence at the show was stunning and the equipment they were showcasing is world leading. The company was keen to ensure that all the excitement of Milan was captured on video so that it could be shared with the widest possible audience,” explained Alistair.
“The client also wanted to send same-day personalised emails to visitors to its stand, including imagery from their visit, and we were delighted to be able to help facilitate that on their behalf.
“The whole trip was a major success, thanks to terrific input from the client, great pre-event planning and brilliant live execution by the team.”
Reaction to social content produced from the show was impressive, with, during the five days of the event alone, more than 16,500 LinkedIn impressions achieved, more than 5,000 views and 27 hours of video watched.
