The Coronavirus pandemic has impacted every aspect of our lives with devastating effects and protecting business security is high on the agenda for most firms.
While cutting spend and tightening budgets has understandably helped many companies keep their heads above water, others have decided to take a different approach.
Over the course of the lockdown period, Purpose Media has been working with many clients to support sale success and help redistribute marketing spend in a new ‘normal’.
By switching things up and adapting their approach, we’ve supported them in adjusting their marketing efforts through digital channels where introductions can be made, relationships fostered, and new business won.
Keeping connected with customers is key, especially in times of crisis.
So, to continue to serve their customer base, we helped equestrian product supplier, Edgemere to improve its online presence when store footfall wasn’t possible.
Lockdown procedures have meant that Edgemere’s store has been temporarily closed, and while Edgemere has always sold online, they needed to improve online focus to keep sales steady.
Since adjusting our efforts, Edgemere has seen a significant increase in online sales, especially for products that help keep horses well exercised. We have also increased Google Ad spend and Edgemere is reaping a huge ROI as a result.
We’re now working together to plan a new website that’ll help improve usability.
LED lightbox and tension fabric display manufacturer DPI UK usually creates bespoke lightboxes and frames for retail and exhibition displays.
But when lockdown commenced, DPI needed to think outside the box.
In response to social distancing guidelines, DPI has evolved its offer to reap new custom, manufacturing bespoke partitioning to help businesses maintain social distancing.
We’ve supported them by crafting targeted campaigns, landing pages, Google advertising, and more to help them reach new customers and win new business.
Retail Assist provides managed IT services and software solutions to retail and hospitality businesses. Their latest product, OMIO PIM, a software solution that helps retailers control product information and its release to market via a centralised system. With the launch scheduled to take place in May, it made the need for multimedia marketing content all the more important.
Using animation to showcase their product’s capabilities and benefits, including how their solution simplifies a complex product information process, these videos formed part of the product launch with a series of detailed animations to educate audiences and to visualise the benefits that it can bring to retail teams.
Business hasn’t been what it used to be for a while now, but that hasn’t stopped these clients tackling difficulty head-on.
We’ve helped our clients achieve sale success through switching things up and adapting their approach using digital tools.
Remember, how you sell now is going to help you bounce back later.
